Sweetbird Liquid Frappé Base is a neutral liquid base consider to create thick, smooth frappés and granitas. It is designed to enhance the flavour of coffee, allowing espresso, syrups and purées to stand out while delivering a silky, consistent texture in every blended drink.

With only two pumps needed for a 12oz serving, this base adds light sweetness without masking other flavours. It blends easily with milk or non dairy alternatives and works across fruit, syrup and coffee recipes. Supplied in a 1.9 litre bottle and approved by The Vegan Society, it suits cafés and high volume service looking for speed and consistency.
