Fish Smart is built for home brewers who want café style control, combining a 600 ml capacity with a STRIX temperature controller that heats water to 88 °C in around 220 seconds, faster than many standard kettles. You set the target temperature between 40 and 100 °C on the touch slider, see both target and actual temperatures on the LED display and use Hold mode to maintain your chosen heat while you brew. The patented gooseneck spout produces a thin, stable 90 degree vertical stream with almost no start or stop lag, which makes controlled blooming and pulse pours easier, whether you brew V60, Chemex, AeroPress or small batch French press.
