Product fine, delivery delay and customer service terrible

Despite Coffee King being the cheapest supplier, I would never use them again. The long delay in despatching my order that included this item meant I ran out of stock at my cafe and lost sales. I do not understand why they held up the full order when only one of the items was out of stock; if they had sent the partial order then I would not have run of stock of the item I needed and would not have lost sales.

Customer service was difficult to get hold of when I was chasing for delivery (they did not reach out proactively to explain the delay) and made promises they didn’t keep and are now ignoring me when I ask about the extra items they promised as compensation but did not deliver.
