There's a particular kind of comfort that arrives with autumn — jumpers back out, the nights drawing in, and a hot drink that actually tastes like the season. From 1st September, we're bringing three indulgent flavours into store: Almond Croissant, Maple Pecan and Pumpkin Spice. All three are simple to recreate at home with the same syrups, beans and hot chocolate we use ourselves — no coffee shop trip required.
Quick answer: to make an autumn-flavoured coffee drink at home, you need three things — a flavoured syrup (like pumpkin spice or maple pecan), a base (espresso or hot chocolate), and steamed milk. Below are the exact recipes for all three of this season's drinks, with ingredients, method, and the products we use.
What is a Pumpkin Spice Latte? It's a double shot of espresso combined with warm, spiced pumpkin syrup and steamed milk — all the flavour of the seasonal favourite, made in your own kitchen in under five minutes.

Ingredients
Method
Finish with whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon or cocoa for the full coffee-shop effect.

What is a Maple Pecan Twist Latte? A sweet, nutty twist on the classic latte — double espresso and steamed milk lifted by maple pecan syrup. It's one of the easiest of the three to recreate, needing just one syrup and your usual coffee setup.
Ingredients
Method
Top with whipped cream and chopped pecans for a bit of crunch.

What is an Almond Croissant Hot Chocolate? A rich, bakery-inspired hot chocolate — our Original Hot Chocolate blended with almond and cinnamon bun syrups, steamed together for a warming, dessert-like drink with no coffee at all. A good pick if you want something cosy and caffeine-free.
Ingredients
Method
Top with whipped cream, chocolate drizzle and flaked almonds to match the look above.

Do I need an espresso machine to make these drinks?
The lattes are built around a double espresso, so a home espresso machine gives the closest result. If you don't have one, a strong stovetop moka pot or concentrated instant espresso will still work — the syrup and steamed milk carry most of the flavour either way.
Can I make these without a milk frother?
Yes. Warm your milk on the hob or in the microwave until hot but not boiling, then whisk vigorously or shake in a sealed jar to froth it before pouring.
How much syrup should I use?
Two pumps per drink for the lattes, one pump each for the hot chocolate — but this is a starting point. Add an extra pump if you prefer a sweeter, more pronounced flavour.
When are these drinks in store?
