Shipping policy

We process and despatch all orders the next working day. Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

You can choose your preferred despatch method at checkout:

  • Standard — 2 to 3 business days — £2.99
  • Next Day — 1 to 2 business days — £7.99
  • Express (order before 2pm) — 1 business day — £9.90
  • Free Shipping — 2 to 3 business days — Orders over £60.00

Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be confirmed at checkout.

Bank Holidays
Orders are not processed or despatched on bank holidays. Any orders placed on or immediately before a bank holiday will be processed on the next working day.

Upcoming bank holidays are:

  • Monday 28 December 2026 — Boxing Day (substitute day)
  • Friday 1 January 2027 — New Year's Day

Please note that while we aim to despatch all orders promptly, once an order has left our warehouse, delivery times are estimates provided by our couriers. Any delays at this stage are out of our control.

Please note: high-demand items, such as coffee machines, may be subject to manufacturing time. Please allow 5–10 working days for these items to be made and ready for shipment.
