Sweetbird Banana Purée is made with real bananas to deliver a rich, naturally sweet flavour and a thick, smooth texture. It is designed to enhance the flavour of coffee menus, pairing perfectly with espresso in frappés, milkshakes and indulgent hot chocolates, including banoffee-style drinks.

This versatile purée blends easily into cold and hot recipes and also works well as a decorative drizzle. Free from artificial colours and flavourings, it suits cafés, catering and home use. Supplied in a 1 litre bottle, it offers consistent results across a wide range of coffee and non-coffee drinks.

How do you use banana purée? Blend it into frappés, milkshakes and smoothies, stir it into hot chocolate for a banoffee-style treat, try a banana matcha latte, or pair it with our Zuma Hojicha, whose roasted, nutty notes are made for banana.
