Sweetbird Chocolate Frappé Mix delivers a smooth, velvety chocolate profile made with 10% Belgian chocolate powder and West African cocoa. It is designed to enhance the flavour of coffee, pairing well with espresso to create balanced chocolate coffee frappés with a creamy texture.

This mix blends easily with ice and cold milk to give consistent results in every serve. Supplied in a 1kg bag, it makes around 25 servings and suits cafés, mobile catering and home use. Approved by the Vegetarian Society, it contains no artificial colours, flavourings or preservatives and uses no hydrogenated fat. The flavour also works well with added fruit syrups for menu variety.
