Directions for Use:

Procedure to Backflush Each Brew Group:

1. Remove the coffee filter from the group handle and replace it with a blind filter.
2. Add one TEVO Maxi Cleaning Tablet into the group handle and insert as if brewing espresso.
3. Start the cycle and allow it to run for 10 seconds to dissolve the cleaner.
4. Stop the cycle and allow it to sit for 10 seconds.
5. Repeat the start and stop cycle 6 more times for thorough cleaning.
6. Remove the group handle and rinse well under a stream of water from the brew group.
7. Re-insert the handle with a blind filter, start and stop the cycle 10 times to ensure thorough rinsing.
8. Remove the blind filter and insert the regular filter.
9. Brew and discard a single espresso to re-season the machine.

Procedure to Clean Filters and Group Handles:

Dissolve two TEVO Maxi Cleaning Tablets in 500ml of hot water from the machine’s boiler. Soak group handles and filters for 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly in running hot water.
