Sweetbird - Yuzu & Ginger Syrup with Lion's Mane

Sweetbird Yuzu & Ginger Fusions+ Syrup combines bold yuzu citrus with gentle ginger spice and Lion's Mane mushroom extract, a bright, zesty base for modern cold drinks menus.

Simply mix three pumps with still or sparkling water and ice to create a cooler that's as delicious as it is distinctive. Fusions+ are made to be shaken or stirred to order, and a scoop of freeze-dried fruit makes every serve look as good as it tastes. Each 12oz/355ml drink contains 86 kcal.

What can you make with yuzu and ginger syrup? A sparkling yuzu ginger cooler, a citrus iced green tea, or a zesty yuzu lemonade. It also adds a fresh ginger kick to an iced matcha.

Made in the UK with natural flavourings, free from artificial colours and preservatives, registered with The Vegan Society and made at a nut-free site. Supplied in a 100% recycled 1 litre bottle, it makes over 40 x 12oz drinks at three pumps per serve.
