Zuma White Chocolate Sauce brings a smooth, sweet and creamy white chocolate flavour to your menu. It blends into espresso for white mochas and into steamed milk for white hot chocolates, and works just as well in frappés, milkshakes and iced drinks.

How do you make a white mocha? Add the sauce to a shot of espresso and stir, then top up with steamed milk. Adjust the amount to taste, and finish with a drizzle over whipped cream for a café-style serve.

Is it vegetarian? Yes. It's approved by the Vegetarian Society and made with milk, so it isn't suitable for vegans. It's free from high fructose corn syrup and stores at room temperature. Each 1.9L bottle makes around 63 servings.
